Shipping Policy


How long will it take to get my domestic U.S. order?


It is our policy to try and ship all merchandise within three business days of receiving a customer order. Barr ships all merchandise using Federal Express (FedEx) via Standard Ground, with delivery expected between three to seven business days. We ship to all 50 states. Alaska and Hawaii orders ship Standard Overnight or 2-Day Air only. At this time we do not ship outside of the United States or to APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to a PO Box location. The shipping address must be a physical street address.

Any return must be accompanied by an authorization number by email or the package will be refused.

We recommend sending a money order and we will ship within 24 hours of receipt. Send us an email so that we may look out for your order.

*Mail Order Note: Personal checks will require 5 to 7 business days for the check to clear before the order will be processed and shipped. Money Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt.

How much is shipping and handling?
Domestic S&H charges are automatically calculated upon checkout for the lower 48 states.

Shipping & Delivery

DELIVERY METHOD: It is our policy to attempt to ship all merchandise within 24 hours of receiving a customer’s order. W.M. Barr ships all merchandise using FedEx via Standard Ground, with delivery expected between three to seven business days. We ship to all states. However, Alaska and Hawaii orders ship FedEx Standard Overnight or 2-Day Air only. Shipping Costs: Customers pay all shipping expenses for merchandise that they order. If a customer is returning merchandise, and it has been determined that the merchandise being returned is due to an error made by W.M. Barr, then we will pay shipping costs. Only Standard rate shipping charges will be refunded. We recommend using a shipping agent that has tracking and proof of receipt, such as United Parcel Service (UPS).

Refused Products: If ordered product(s) is refused upon delivery, the returned product(s) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping & handling fees will not be credited.
