TO OPERATE: Rotate nozzle to ON. TO SANITIZE: For use on hard, non-porous non-food contact surfaces. Pre-clean heavily soiled surfaces. Hold container 6″-8″ from surface and spray until thoroughly wet. Let stand 10 seconds. Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Kills 99.9% of Enterobecter aerogenes and Staphyloccus aureus. TO DISINFECT bacteria, viruses†, and fungi on hard, non-porous surfaces: Preclean heavily soiled surfaces. Hold container 6″-8″ from surface and spray until thoroughly wet. Let stand 30 seconds. To kill mold and mildew, let stand 60 seconds. Then rinse with water or wipe with a damp cloth. Kills 99.9% of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella enterica, Staphyloccus aurus, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Aspergillus niger (60 seconds), Influenza A H1N1†, Respiratory Syncytial Virus†, Human Coronavirus†. TO PREVENT MOLD AND MILDEW GROWTH ON HARD SURFACES: To inhibit mold and mildew growth: THoroughly wet surface. Allow to air dry. Repeat every 7 days to inhibit mold and mildew growth. Effective against Aspergillus niger*. Pre-clean heavily soiled surfaces. TO CLEAN AND REMOVE MOLD AND MILDEW STAINS: Apply to stains. No scrubbing required. Wait 10 minutes for stains to disappear then rinse with water or wipe with a damp sponge. Rinse vinyl or rubber surfaces within 15 minutes as prolonged contact may cause damage. TO TREAT WATER DAMAGE CAUSED BY SEWER BACKUP, RIVER FLOODING, LEAKY PIPES, WINDOWS, ROOFS (NOT FOR USE IN CALIFORNIA): Extract excess water and remove gross filth or heavy soil along with non-salvageable materials. Test hidden area for colorfastness. Saturate affected material with undiluted product using a sprayer with a coarse spray tip. Allow the materials to remain damp for at least 1 minute prior to extraction.
For surfaces that may contact food, a potable rinse is required. Do not use on eating/cooking utensils, glasses/dishes or cookware. Contact with clothing, carpet, fabric, painted wood surfaces or paper may cause discoloration or damage. Test on a small inconspicuous area before applying to surface. USE ONLY IN WELL VENTILATED AREAS. Vapors may irritate. Before use, open windows and turn on fan. Product use restriction in California (Treatment of Water Damage caused by sewer backup, river flooding, leaky pipes, windows, roofs)
